When you write, please tell us your iPhone model, its iOS version and the game's version, which is shown at the bottom of the game's Settings.
Questions and answers#
Where are the settings?
Tap the gear at the top right of the start screen. Settings has switches for sound, music and haptics, plus Replay tutorial, Remove Ads, Restore purchases and Privacy.
I bought Remove Ads or the Starter Pack on another iPhone, or after reinstalling.
Open Settings › Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. This brings back Remove Ads and the Armorer, and the Starter Pack's 1,000 coins if your current saved game hasn't had them yet.
I still see ads after buying Remove Ads.
Remove Ads stops the ads that play between runs. Rewarded ads (to revive, to double your coins or for a free upgrade) stay available, because you choose to watch them.
I didn't get a reward for watching an ad.
The reward is given once the ad is complete. Ads need an internet connection, and sometimes no ad is available; try again a little later. If it keeps happening, email us.
My progress is gone.
Progress is saved only on your iPhone; there's no account or cloud save. Deleting the game deletes it. Restoring your iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup made while the game was installed brings it back. Purchases can always be restored (see above).
How do I change my privacy or tracking choice?
In the game, open Settings › Privacy to choose again about personalised ads and analytics. For tracking, go to your iPhone's Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. The Privacy Policy explains what each choice does.
How do I turn off sound, music or vibration?
Settings has a switch for each: Sound, Music and Haptics.
Can I replay the tutorial?
Yes: Settings › Replay tutorial plays Boot Camp again.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too: request a refund from Apple.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the game removes everything it saved on your iPhone. For data held by our advertising and analytics partners, email us and we'll explain how to make the request; the Privacy Policy has the details.
